The products of Golf Clubs Ltd carry a
Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as
follows:
• Defective or broken golf club components arising during this lifetime
period will be repaired or comparably replaced at the expense of Golf Club
Ltd (see conditions and limitations below)..
• In addition, for a period of one full year from date of purchase, Golf
Clubs Ltd will bear the shipping and handling costs related to the return
of products under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Golf Clubs Ltd will
reimburse purchaser for Priority® postage necessary to send warranty
return club(s) back to GCL during this first full year period.
• After the one full year period has elapsed and for a period from the 2nd
full year through the 5th full year after original purchase, purchaser
shall bear all shipping and handling costs related to the return of
products under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• After the five full years from the date of original purchase period has
elapsed and for the duration of the Limited Lifetime Warranty, the
purchaser shall bear all shipping and handling costs plus a labor charge
of $10 per item returned under the terms of the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• Golf Clubs Ltd reserves the right to inspect all products returned under
its Limited Lifetime Warranty to determine the extent to which the terms
of the Warranty shall apply. The Warranty covers defects and breakage
arising from normal play in ordinary conditions. For example, it does not
cover ‘close encounters with tee markers and cart paths’, ‘being run over
by a golf cart’, ‘being broken over one’s knee’, ‘getting up close and
personal with a tree’, ‘rusting after being tossed into a water hazard’,
‘hitting the ball with the crown of the club instead of its face’, etc.
• Exclusions: Normal and expected wear that golf clubs undergo in the
course of ordinary playing conditions such as grip wear, fading or rubbing
off of graphite shaft graphics and logos, ball strike marks on club faces,
etc.
• Golf Clubs Ltd does not warrant playability.
• Rights and privileges arising from the Limited Lifetime Warranty accrue
to the original purchaser only and proof of purchase is required.
• Purchaser must contact Golf Clubs Ltd to arrange for warranty return
before damaged or defective product is delivered back to GCL.

30 Day No-Risk Trial

Golf Clubs Ltd guarantees you will be satisfied with your
new club(s) and offers a 30 Day No Risk Trial to back it up. Specifically,
this policy offers a refund on any standard order and an on-site credit on
any upgraded order. Upgrade is defined as an order that includes premium
shafts and/or premium or oversize grips. Money back refunds and on-site
credits consist of your original purchase amount minus delivery charges.
• Our 30 Day No Risk Trial policy allows you to receive your golf clubs,
try them out on the course or practice range for a period of 30 days after
Golf Clubs Ltd has delivered them to you.
• At the end of the 30 Day No Risk Trial period, if you are not satisfied
with them, you can send them back to us and receive a full refund or
on-site credit in the amount of your purchase price minus delivery
charges.
• To return clubs under the 30 Day No Risk Trial policy, call us on our
toll free number or email us through the ‘Contact Us’ section of
GolfClubsLtd.com. We will need your delivery name and address, the club(s)
you are returning and the reason for the return. We will give you further
instructions to arrange and complete your return. Purchaser will be
responsible for delivery cost to return club(s).
• Please note that the club(s) must be in good condition when they’re
returned. Normal wear from typical play conditions is expected and
acceptable.
• We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns on clubs that we deem
to have sustained damages not in the ordinary course of play. See
the examples of unacceptable returns listed in the Warranty section above
for the types of club damage we will not take back.
